Unfortunately, working remotely can mean sitting for hours through Zoom call marathons, leaving everyone burnt out and dreadfully unmotivated. If that sounds painfully familiar, we're inviting your team to get up and moving with our professional dance coach Jessica Recinos! With over eight years of experience, Jessica will revive your team with rhythm and motion. Whether you have competed on Dancing with the Stars or have never danced a day in your life, there is something for everyone in her class. And no worries if you are not comfortable dancing in front of your coworkers - remember that a perk of working from home is controlling your own camera!
In this one hour session, your team will participate in a group dance class performance. Expect to be physically refreshed to tackle the rest of your work, and to learn some moves to showcase at the next company party.
What to bring:
For this event no additional items are necessary to participate. Simply arrive to the video conference at your designated time and enjoy!
Optional: Dress appropriately to get up and move! The brighter the colors the better!
Jessica Recinos
Jessica Maria Recinos is a proud latina choreographer and dancer born and raised in San Francisco Excelsior District. She has been studying and teaching for 8 years around the Bay Area and has partnered with various Arts organizations such as Handful Players, Loco Bloco Dance and Drum Ensemble, LEAP Arts In education, SF Ballet, Alonzo King LINES Dance Center, Dance Mission Theater and Mission Cultural Center. She has trained in various world dance styles such as Afro Brazilian, Afro Cuban, vogue, hip hop and more and has performed in prestigious events at the SFMoma, Moad, Asian Art Museum, Cal Acedemy of Sciences Nightlife and SF Opera House.
